    It depends on what kind of sample you are looking for. If our company is based on customer-customized products that are customers who have intellectual property or patented products, then this requires customer authorization to provide.
 
3. Trading mode
    Under normal circumstances, our default is the FOB trading model, other circumstances need to contact the sales staff to negotiate
 
4. About quotation
    Need to provide product 2D or 3D drawings, demand, product materials, delivery locations, etc., special requirements products may also need to provide reference samples, try to be as detailed as possible, to facilitate our more accurate quote. In general, quotation sheets can be issued within 24 hours after receipt of drawings, and 72 hours for complex or special products.
 
5.How can you guarantee the quality or any warranty? 
   If any quality problems during use, all the products can be returned or according to consumer's requests.

6.About materials
   We will select the most suitable materials for our customers according to the specific use environment of the products, including oil resistance, high and low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, etc.
